Florida Pools agrees to furnish the below described pool service at the above address. The customer, by subscribing to this agreement, hereby agrees to the terms, the amounts, and the payment schedule for this service.

If the pool is not completely clear upon start-up, a clean-up charge will be incurred

For pools with saltwater generating systems, take off $5.00 per month for any service

All prices are based on a 10,000 Gallon SCREENED IN POOL. If pool is larger or unscreened, the price may be higher. Pools with spillover spas add $5.00.

Equipment: Will be inspected and replaced if needed. If it is under $25.00 your account will be charged. Any necessary mechanical repairs or parts over $25.00 will be reported to the customer first and repaired upon customer approval.

Renewal: This Agreement will automatically renew annually. Beginning and ending on the the signed date of the original contract.

Cancellation: This Agreement may be canceled by either party after one year's regular service. A 30 day written notice is required prior to cancellation.

Water Level: Due to the amount of time it takes to raise the water level in a pool, it is the customer's responsibility to adjust the water level of the pool. Pool water should be halfway between the tile, and more importantly halfway between the skimmer hole. This will prevent the pump from sucking in air and taking the pump out of prime.

Service Calls: Service calls for repairs are $65.00 per HOUR, with a minimum one hour charge per visit.

Holidays: If Service falls on a holiday, the service may be doubled up or done the day before or after the normal service day.
The week between Christmas and New Year will not be serviced. Service will be doubled up the week before or the week after.

A credit card must be kept on file. Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of every month for that month's pool service.

I understand that I am expected to pay for all appropriate services and if at anytime my account becomes uncollectible, I am responsible for payment of any fees incurred in the COLLECTION PROCESS including, but not limited to: attorney fees.
